Cooking:

Put the broth on the fire, let it boil and immediately put the potatoes, cut into small cubes. In a pan, fry chopped onions and julienne carrots, separately fry the mushrooms cut into slices. Cooking:

  • Water 1l
  • Butter 50gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Flour ¼ cup
  • Milk 0.5l
  • Hard or processed cheese 200g.
  • Salt, parsley.

Cooking:
