Mix eggs, proteins, cheese, salt, pepper in a bowl, whisk thoroughly with a whisk. On medium heat, fry the onions until golden, add zucchini, season and cook for a few minutes. If you want a more satisfying option, add and fry some minced meat. Pour all over the egg mass, lay on top of the tomatoes. After a couple of minutes, put the dish in the oven for a quarter of an hour. This fritata recipe is designed for four servings, so the finished omelet must be cut into quarters before serving.
