We will need not only ground beef, but also nuts with onions to give a more piquant taste. It is best to take pine nuts or pistachios, but you can limit yourself to walnuts. We need only 20-30 g of nuts, it is advisable to chop them well beforehand. If the nuts are not toasted, then lightly fry them in a dry pan (without oil!). When everything is finished with nuts, then proceed to the onion. One onion head will be enough. Fry the finely chopped onions in a pan until soft. It is also very advisable to fry the minced meat (in another pan) until slightly darkened. This recipe for fried pies does not require a lot of minced meat, 250 g will be enough.
