- 150 g of meat or chicken minced meat;
- 1 piece of onion and garlic (clove);
- 1 egg;
- 4 tbsp. l natural tomato paste;
- olive oil, a little paprika, salt and other spices to taste.

You should get a "boat" with walls one centimeter thick. It needs to be salted, sprinkled with pepper, then greased with olive oil and sent to bake in the oven (set the temperature to average, degrees 180) for 20 minutes or half an hour. In the meantime, you can start making the filling: chop the onion finely, fry in oil, when the pieces become rosy, add minced meat to them. Cook the meat for 5-7 minutes, then, of course, salt, sprinkle with pepper and squeeze the garlic. Mix well. At the very end, add a couple of spoons of natural tomato paste and finely chopped greens. Remove the frying pan from the heat, cool the meat mass slightly, beat 1 chicken egg in it. The filling is ready. Take out the β€œboats” from the stove after the set time and fill them with meat.
