  • 1 cup of milk (medium fat) and the same amount of buckwheat;
  • two large bulbs;
  • pepper (to your liking);
  • a kilogram of liver (beef, preferably);

  • one carrot.

  1. First prepare the components for the casserole. To do this, soak the liver in milk for one hour.
  2. Boil buckwheat in water or broth.
  3. Next, wash the carrots and onions. Peel the vegetables, chop as for frying.
  4. Take a frying pan, pour in oil, put the vegetable mixture and fry it until the onions become transparent. Remove from heat and cool vegetables.
  5. Twist the liver and vegetables from the pan in a meat grinder. You can also beat these ingredients in a blender.
  6. Beat eggs in a separate container and mix to bulk.
  7. Add buckwheat to the resulting mass.
  8. Pepper and salt the dish. Shuffle.

  • ½ cup rice and the same amount of flour;
  • a pound of chicken liver;
  • salt;
  • 100 ml cream (any fat content);
  • pepper;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • seasonings.

  1. First prepare the ingredients - peel the onion, wash, chop it finely and fry a little in the pan.
  2. Boil rice in salted water until tender.
  3. Clean the liver, rinse, and then cut into small pieces.
  4. Combine eggs, liver and cream in a blender. As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass.
  5. Then add flour to it and beat. Make sure that you do not have a lot of lumps.
  6. Add pepper, seasonings, onions, rice and salt. Mix everything thoroughly again.

  • 2 eggs;
  • 180 grams of onion (onion);
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of sour cream;
  • salt;
  • 400 grams of chicken liver;
  • spices (to your taste);
  • 50 grams of butter.

  1. Peel the onion initially, cut it into pieces. Fry in butter in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Cleanse the liver from fillets. Rinse it, send it to the blender bowl. Grind until smooth. If there is no blender, then you can use a meat grinder.
  3. In the resulting liver mass, add only egg yolks (pre-separate the whites) and fried onions.
  4. Next, add salt, spices and sour cream to the total mass.
  5. Beat the whites with a mixer to a thick and strong foam.
  6. After this, send them to the container with the remaining components. Mix gently until smooth.
  7. Take the bowl, pour the resulting mass into it. Turn on the slow cooker and put the container in there. Select the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
  8. After the casserole is cooked, leave it in the bowl for a short while and only then remove, cut and serve in portions.
