The required ingredients for an oriental dish:

  • pork (pulp without bones) - 350 g;
  • steamed long-grain rice - 2.5 cups;
  • filtered drinking water - 4-5 glasses;
  • large fresh carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • large onions - 2 pcs.;
  • large garlic - 2 whole heads;
  • refined vegetable oil - 5 large spoons;
  • sea ​​salt and spices for pilaf - add to taste.
