In addition, in your refrigerator you will always find most of the ingredients needed to prepare this Italian specialty. Even ready-made dough can be bought at the store. But we will consider the option when we cook everything ourselves.

So what kind of dough do you need for pizza? It is up to you. Some love only yeast, while others do not recognize it. Everyone is happy with the result - and this is the most important thing. We are preparing a dish called Pizza from Puff Yeast-Free Dough.

Let's start by making dough for one tortilla. The right ingredients:

  • flour - two glasses;
  • two eggs;

  • the same amount of olive oil.

Mix flour with salt, stir eggs in a bowl with milk, add olive oil. Slowly pour the mixture into a container with flour, stirring regularly. Sprinkling hands with flour, knead the dough. We do this for about 10 minutes - until elasticity. We form a ball, wrap it in a wet towel for 15 minutes.

  • a small jar of pickled cucumbers;
  • onion;
  • one tomato;
  • 5-6 smoked sausages;
  • mayonnaise;
  • a pound of cheese;
  • dill, parsley, cilantro,
  • a tablespoon of Italian herbs.

We are preparing the basis. To do this, take the made dough and put it on a baking sheet, greased with oil, stretch it on the baking sheet with your hands and level it. Lightly sprinkle the base with olive oil and prepare topping. We mix sweet ketchup, mayonnaise and Italian herbs in a bowl .

After that we cut the tomato and sausages into round pieces, and the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Pass the chopped onions in a frying pan. According to our version, on both sides we fry even circles of tomatoes. Divide the olives into pieces.

For the result of all his work, we evenly distribute the cilantro, dill and parsley herbs, previously chopped. At the end of the process, it is highly advisable to make a mayonnaise net.

Pizza is made from puff yeast-free dough at a temperature of 200 degrees in the oven. Baking time is approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

When preparing this delicious dish, you can use other ingredients or change them every time. Instead of sausages, there is the option of using bacon, mushrooms, you can bake pizza without meat products, only vegetable. For children, cut one large cake into four parts, and you will get such cute mini-pizzas. By the way, this dish is not recommended to salt.
