It is, as it were, a filter through which all substances entering the body pass, and almost all metabolic processes in our body somehow proceed in conjunction with this organ. That is why it is very important that our liver works correctly, and for this it is necessary that it is in perfect order. Unfortunately, in almost every person, the liver is contaminated, and this is natural: it is extremely difficult for this organ to remain clean, being practically a barrier between the body and the substances entering it from the outside. For this reason, it is important to know how to clean the liver: this way we can help one of the most important organs to work properly.

There are several ways to clean your liver. Similar techniques have been developed since ancient times, because the fact that the liver has vital functions has been known since ancient times. Today, it’s known not only how to clean the liver with folk remedies - there are more effective procedures that are carried out in the clinic under the supervision of specialists, but they are more expensive and not accessible to everyone, while everyone can clean the liver and intestines at home.

How to clean the liver

The simplest and most well-known method is tubage. It is simple, affordable and efficient. Tubage is widely used not only at home, but also in clinics, including the most famous ones. Before you clean the liver by this method, you need to prepare your body for it. This is done as follows: a few jnas before the procedure, it is necessary to minimize the load on the liver by completely switching to low-fat plant foods. Freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, for example, apple and beetroot, are very useful during this period. There is even a separate way to clean the liver with folk methods using apple juice. As for beetroot, you need to remember that it can be consumed no less than two hours after squeezing.

Immediately on the day of the procedure, you need to drink as much warm liquid as possible, the warmer the better. In general, on this day you need to be warm all the time - dress accordingly, and in the afternoon you need to put a heating pad on the right side. When it warms up properly, you will need to drink half a glass-a glass of heated vegetable oil, preferably olive oil, into which it is desirable to add lemon juice or acid. The stomach should be empty at the time of the procedure, that is, there should be nothing in it except the drunk oil, so the last meal should be no later than three hours before it. The best time to spend the tubage is at bedtime, but you can choose any convenient time at your discretion. The procedure continues for several hours, and all this time a sufficiently hot heating pad should be located on the right side. After 2 to 3 hours, the discharge of sewage from the body begins, expressed as a loose stool, after which it is advisable to hold the heating pad on your right side for some more time.

Despite the fact that this procedure is quite effective, in some cases, olive oil may not help. In clinical conditions, instead of vegetable oil, grams of sorbitol or magnesia dissolved in warm mineral water without gas (this is important) are also used, which are also very strong choleretic drugs. The procedure differs only in that the reception of this solution is repeated after 15 to 20 minutes, and everything else, including preparation for it, remains the same. Other methods of cleansing the liver are very similar to those described above, only choleretic teas and other products, such as apple juice, can be used as the active substance. Also, in accordance with some recommendations, cleansing enemas can be done before and after the procedure. The procedure itself can be repeated in a few days.
