Strudel is a popular dish invented by European culinary specialists. There are recipes for such pastries in German, Austrian and even Hungarian cuisine. It is a roll of thinly rolled dough with fruit or savory filling. In today's publication, we will try to figure out how to cook meat strudel.
With garlic and onion
This simple recipe will be a real find for lovers of hearty homemade pastries. The pie made from it turns out to be very tasty and fragrant, it can be a good addition to family tea drinking. To prepare it, you will need:
- 250 g of high-grade flour.
- 100 ml pasteurized milk.
- One perfect egg.
- 30 g of peasant oil.
- 400 g of medium fat pork pulp.
- Small onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- Greens, salt and seasonings (cloves, coriander, pepper powder, nutmeg and caraway seeds).
To start preparing strudel with meat in German, you need to create a dough. For this purpose, oxygen-rich flour, warm milk, an egg, a pinch of salt and melted butter are mixed in a deep container. A ball is formed from the resulting mass and kept at room temperature for an hour. At the end of the specified time, the dough is rolled into a thin layer and covered with a filling made of ground meat, chopped onion, crushed garlic, chopped herbs and spices. All this is rolled up with a roll and baked at 200 degrees for about forty-five minutes.
With cabbage
According to the recipe described below, an unusual but very tasty strudel with meat and vegetables is obtained. To repeat it at home, you will need:

- 5 tbsp. l refined oil.
- Egg yolk.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 300 g of high-grade flour.

- 200 g of cabbage.
- 250 g of any ground meat.
- ½ carrots.
- 2 medium-sized potatoes.
- Medium onion.
- Vegetable fat and spices.

- 10 tbsp. l protected water.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 5 tbsp refined oil.
To make a juicy filling, necessary for baking strudel with meat, you will need:
- 150 g of raw champignons.
- 500 g of any ground meat.
- 2 selected eggs.
- 3 slices of loaf.
- ½ cup pasteurized milk.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- Bell pepper.
- 200 g of "Russian" cheese.
- 30 g butter.
- Salt and nutmeg.
- Egg yolk and 2 tbsp. l milk (for lubrication).
In one dish all the components necessary for the preparation of the dough are mixed. The resulting mass is rolled out in a thin layer and covered with slices of cheese. Minced meat is evenly distributed on top, combined with spices, salt, soaked loaf, chopped garlic and eggs. Chopped mushrooms fried with bell pepper are spread on the meat. All this is carefully twisted with a roll, transferred to an oiled baking sheet, greased with a yolk-milk mixture and baked at medium temperature.
With celery

It is interesting in that it involves the use of a purchase test, which significantly reduces the duration of the process. To prepare such baking, you will need:
- 500 g ground beef.

- Medium carrot.

- Stem celery.
- A small potato.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 large champignons.
- A handful of frozen green peas.
- 4 sprigs of rosemary.
- 500 g of purchased puff pastry.
- Salt and pepper powder.
