In the arsenal of every housewife there are many dishes of potatoes. Options such as young potatoes, baked in the oven or stewed in pots, allow you to perfectly diversify the table. But cooking them is not so fast. It is much easier and more convenient to make baked potatoes in a slow cooker. And to taste, it will not be inferior to more complex dishes.

So, to prepare an original and tasty side dish you will need: a dozen potatoes, salt, oil, spices or fresh herbs to taste. First of all, you need to wash the tubers and peel (if the potatoes are not young). At the bottom of the multicooker bowl, pour a small amount of oil, after which potatoes with salt and any spices that your family likes are put there. A little vegetable oil on top - and you're done, you can close the lid. The “baking” mode is suitable for cooking. Half an hour after the start, turn off the device and turn over the potatoes. Another twenty minutes and baked potatoes in a slow cooker is ready to serve. It remains only to add a little green. This tasty and healthy dish is suitable not only for everyday meals, but also as a way to surprise guests. It will take five or six boiled potatoes, a small piece of hard cheese, for example 50 grams of Parmesan, three tablespoons of sour cream, salt, spices and herbs, 30 grams of butter and a couple of cloves of garlic. If desired, the last ingredient can be taken granular - it has a more intense taste, and you do not need to spend time on cleaning and grinding the cloves. Grate cheese and butter. To better chop the oil, put it briefly in the freezer. Next, you need to combine the resulting mixture with sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper. On the tubers laid out in advance in the bowl of the multicooker, pour the cheese mixture and set the “baking” mode for 10 minutes.
