Especially tasty are pita rolls with meat filling. Any meat is suitable for her: pork, chicken, turkey, beef. Most often they make meat roll from pita bread with minced meat, which can be combined, for example, from pork and beef. But it is not necessary to pass the meat through a meat grinder, it is permissible to cut it into small pieces. Other ingredients are added to the filling. Usually it is cheese, mushrooms, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, herbs, onions, garlic and others.
You can cook meatloaf from pita bread both in the oven and in a pan on the stove. Another option is to bake in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode.

With pork
What do you need:
- Two thin pita bread.
- 200 g of fresh tomatoes.
- 150 g of mayonnaise.
- 150 g of Korean carrots.
- 250 g of pork.
- Vegetable oil.
- Greens.
Preparation of meat roll from pita bread:
- Pork wipe, peel, cut into small pieces.
- Fry meat until tender. It takes about 20 minutes.
- Put pita bread on the table, another on it (two pita breads are used in case one breaks), spread with mayonnaise.
- Dice the tomatoes.
- On a pita, spread with mayonnaise, evenly spread pieces of tomatoes, chopped herbs, meat and Korean carrots.
- Roll pita bread into a roll, cut into two parts.
With minced meat, cheese and tomato
What do you need:
- One thin pita bread.
- 700 g combined minced meat.
- Two onions.
- Two tomatoes.
- 250 g of hard cheese.
- Three eggs.
- 100 g of mayonnaise.
- Vegetable oil.
- Fresh greens.
- 200 g sour cream.
- The spices are dry.
Cooking roll:
- Cut onion into small cubes, mix with minced meat, salt, sprinkle with pepper, fry in a pan in vegetable oil.

What do you need:
- 0.5 kg of boiled beef (pulp).
- Two onions.

- Combine onion with meat and mix.
- Expand the pita breads, put the filling on them, flatten and roll the rolls.

With chicken and Adyghe cheese
What do you need:
- Two thin pita bread.
- 300 g of Adyghe cheese.
- One chicken fillet.
- A bunch of greens.
- Half a red onion.
- Two tomatoes.

- Crush Adyghe cheese with your hands.
- Tomatoes and onions and cut into cubes.
- Chop greens with a knife.

- 50 ml of sour cream.
- Salt.
- Three pita bread.
How to cook:
- Cook the minced meat. To do this, pass through the meat grinder chicken breast, garlic and one onion. Stuffing salt and pepper.
- Cut mushrooms and one onion, fry a little in a pan, salt to taste.
- From four eggs to cook four omelettes. Beat each, salt, fry in a pan on both sides.
- Collect the roll. Expand one pita bread, apply chicken minced meat evenly, sprinkle with chopped herbs (green onion, dill, parsley).
- Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, on which to apply evenly mushroom filling.
- Put four omelettes on the mushroom layer.
- On omelettes - the third pita bread. Lubricate it with sour cream and carefully roll the roll.
- Grease the roll from above with yolk, place in a mold and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly and cut into slices.

In a slow cooker
What do you need:
- One pita bread.
- 600 g of mixed meat.
- Two bell peppers.
- Two pieces of potatoes.
- One onion.
- A mixture of ground peppers.
- Three eggs.
- One and a half tablespoons of tomato paste.
- Half a cup of kefir.
- Butter for lubricating the multicooker bowl.
- Salt.
- Fresh greens.
How to cook:
- Peel the onion, chop quite finely.
- Grate potatoes.
- Wash fresh herbs, dry, chop finely. Stuffing mix with one egg, grated potatoes, onions and fresh herbs. Add pepper and salt, mix.
- Peel bell pepper, then cut into strips about 8 mm wide.
- Put pita bread on the table surface, put the minced meat in an even layer, sweet pepper on it and roll it up.
- Beat the remaining two eggs, put tomato paste in them and pour kefir, add salt.
- Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, roll the roll into a snail and lay in a bowl, add filling.
- Turn on the βBakingβ mode for 1 hour.
- After the beep, turn off the multicooker, remove the bowl, cool the roll and put it on the dish.
With eggs
What do you need:
- One thin pita bread.
- Two chicken eggs.
- Salt.
- A glass of sour cream.
- A small onion.
- 300 g minced meat.
- Butter.
- Vegetable oil.
Cooking:
- Cut the onion, then fry in vegetable oil.
- Add the fried onions to the minced meat, salt and mix.
- Hard-boiled eggs, cool and cut along in half.
- Unfold the pita bread on the table, apply sour cream on it, then lay out and evenly distribute the minced meat, stepping back a bit from the edge, put half the eggs in a row.
- Roll up the roll, send to the oven to bake for 35 minutes. After 20 minutes, cover the roll with foil so that it does not burn.

Small rolls with minced meat and cheese
For the preparation of rolls, the following ingredients will be required:
- Two pita bread.
- One onion.
- 300 g of ground beef or pork.
- 200 g of cheese.
- Two eggs.
- 200 g of Korean carrots.
- 50 ml of milk.
- 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil.
Cooking Express Rolls
- Cut the onion, fry it in sunflower oil.
- Combine the onion with minced meat, pepper, salt, mix and cook for a few minutes until the meat is ready. Cool the filling.
- Put minced meat on a sheet of pita bread so that it evenly fills the entire surface, on it - Korean carrots, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with another pita bread and wrap in a roll.
- Break the eggs, pour the milk into them, shake, add a little grated cheese.
- Cut the roll into pieces about three centimeters thick and place them in a greased frying pan with a slice down. Pour the rolls with egg filling and cover the pan with a lid.
- Put on low heat, cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot rolls with fresh herbs.
With potatoes and pickles
What do you need:
- Three thin pita bread.
- 300 g minced meat (from any meat to your taste).
- 300 g of potatoes.
- Two pickled cucumbers.
- Two onions.
- 10 g butter.
- One yolk.
- Vegetable oil.
- A spoonful of milk.
- Seasoning for meat.
- Ground pepper.
How to do:
- Cut onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil.
- Dice potatoes.
- Once the onion has a golden hue, add minced meat and seasoning for meat to it.
- Fry onion with meat for several minutes, then add potatoes.
- Dice the pickled cucumber and put it in the pan, pour three tablespoons of water, mix and simmer for about five minutes.
- Melt the butter.
- Expand pita bread and grease with melted butter. Put the meat stuffing, pepper properly.
- Roll pita rolls, grease with a mixture of yolk and milk.
- Put the rolls in the oven for 10 minutes. Bake at 18 degrees until golden brown.
