John Heard is an American film and television actor who has managed to play in many popular films: Awakening, Snake Eyes, and Rescuer. However, the real fame came to the actor after playing the role of Peter McCalister in the films "Home Alone" and "Home Alone 2".

Biography

The future actor was born March 7, 1946 in Washington. His parents John Henry Heard and Helen Heard were convinced Catholics. The family had three more children. Cordy Heard, John's sister, is also an actress.

After leaving school, John entered Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He also studied at the Catholic University of America.

Career

In 1977, John Heard made his film debut. He played a supporting role in the melodrama "Among the Lions." This was followed by the role of David Bonner in the romantic film First Love.

In 2010, the actor married for the third time - to actress Lana Pritchard. The marriage did not last long: only 7 months.
