Which of the gourmets doesn't like crispy crispy potatoes! Especially children "dry" on it. There are two obstacles to its regular preparation: firstly, you can’t call this a dietary dish, and eating it is often not recommended to anyone. Secondly, to cook French fries at home, you need a deep fryer, which is not present in every kitchen (for the first reason indicated). However, parents love to pamper their children and themselves. That's why alternative methods were invented: a diet option and french fries in a protein in the oven. Taste they are not inferior to traditional, they do not require special dishes, and the damage done is much lower.

So that the breading is evenly distributed, you can again use a colander: the excess will crumble, and the right amount will stick to the potatoes. The sheet is lined with parchment and sent to the oven for half an hour. Some occasionally turn over potatoes, some do not touch until the end of the process - it depends on the "nature" of your oven.
But both of the described methods will not give such a crisp result, as if we are going to cook french fries in egg white! That's for sure - absolutely harmless and at the same time in taste completely similar to the original dish.
Potato fries in a protein in the oven

If you want to get the same potatoes that are made in fast-food establishments, you will have to act in two stages. Oil is poured into the bowl to the level of 1 liter and heated - but not to boil. Potato straws are partially loaded into the bowl and fried in it for baking for eight minutes. Each serving is taken out and gets rid of excess oil on paper towels or in a colander. After cooling, the potato returns to the hot oil (again in small quantities) and cooks for another two minutes in the same mode. Salt - only after frying. Then you can sprinkle with spices.
Unfortunately, such a dietary product as french fries in a protein in the oven cannot be obtained using a slow cooker - only “classics”.
