Contraindications

You can use this medication in different ways, depending on the form of release.
Inside, this product should be taken during or after a meal, washed down with cow's milk. For adult patients, the medicine is prescribed in an initial dosage of 25 mg three times a day. With a weak severity of the therapeutic effect, the indicated amount of the drug is increased to 50 mg with the same multiplicity.
For the treatment of acute conditions, as well as for the relief of chronic processes, the medication is administered intramuscularly at 60 mg twice a day. The duration of this course is two weeks.
As for rectal suppositories, they are used after the release of the intestine, into the rectum 50 mg three times a day, or 100 mg before bedtime. The maximum daily dosage of such a drug is 200 mg.
Adolescents over 14 years of age are prescribed this drug at 1.5-2.5 mg / kg per day.

- severity in the anorectal region, urticaria, hyperglycemia, angioedema, glucosuria, bronchospasm, thrombocytopenia, aseptic meningitis and others.
