Ingredients for a three-liter jar:
- salt - 70 g;
- cucumbers and tomatoes (800 grams each);
- sugar - 35-38 g;
- a couple of bay leaves;
- half a teaspoon of citric acid;
- peppercorns - 5-7 pcs.;
- a few cloves of garlic (three to four will be quite enough);
- two sweet peppers and so many onions;
- oak, currant and cherry leaves - three to four pieces;
- amaranth - one branch;
- aspirin - three tablets;
- water is 1.5 liters.
Cooking
