Khachapuri is a famous Georgian dish with different cooking options. One of them with potato filling. - Peel, chop and boil the potatoes, transfer them to a separate bowl, add the butter and mash. Add salt and ground pepper to it, then gradually pour in the milk and mix.
- When the dough comes up, add a glass of flour and knead. It must be divided into four parts of the same size, make balls, cover them with a film and leave warm for 10 minutes.
- Put one portion of the dough on a board sprinkled with flour. Flatten the ball with your fingers to make a round cake about a centimeter thick.
- Put the fourth part of the potato on the tortilla and connect the edges of the dough to make it look like a nodule, and pinch. Then knead the resulting ball to the state of a round cake so that the junction of the edges of the dough is at the bottom.
- Put the workpiece in a pan and fry for about 7 minutes on moderate heat, then turn it over to the other side and cook for another five minutes.

- Make ten balls from the dough.
- Put the mashed potatoes in a suitable container, add the cottage cheese, then the eggs, chopped garlic and finely chopped greens, mix everything thoroughly.
- When the dough and filling are ready, you can proceed to the preparation of khachapuri. Roll the dough ball in flour and roll into a flat cake with a rolling pin. Put on it a tablespoon of cottage cheese and potato filling, raise the edges of the cakes up, forming a bundle or bag, and blind them.
- Gently turn the bag into a cake about 6 mm thick.
- Preheat the pan, put a tortilla on it (without oil) and fry on both sides over medium heat.
- Ready khachapuri put on a plate, pour plenty of butter.

- 150 g butter;
- half a glass of milk;
- egg;
- ground black pepper;
- cheese;
- salt;
- fresh greens.
Stages of cooking khachapuri with potatoes and cheese:
- In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder, add fermented milk drink yogurt, mix well. Cover with a damp cloth or towel and let stand for three hours. Then mix and let go.
