Pavel was born in Krasnogorsk on November 29, 1981. From an early age he was exclusively interested in an acting career, as he tried to perform at all festive events, while still at school and kindergarten. Having received secondary education, the guy went to study at VGIK (course of A. Batalov).

After graduating from high school, aspiring actor Pavel Savinkov was in the troupe of the Theater. Moscow City Council. In a short period of time, he managed to establish himself as an extremely talented and diverse artist. For more than ten years, Savinkov took part in twelve productions, among which it is necessary to highlight “The Examiner”, “The White Guard”, “King Lear” and “The Cherry Orchard”. Pavel Savinkov made his film debut in 2005, appearing in the detective "Adventurer" in the guise of journalist Poluyanov Dima. The actor’s next job was to play the role of the main character in the rating melodrama “I Will Not Return”. The character of Savinkov, who brought him his first professional success, is called Smirnov Sergey.

In 2006, the artist played a cameo role in the biographical film "Stalin.Live." At the same time, Savinkov Pavel began acting in the famous youth comedy “Happy Together”. The actor got the performance of one of the key roles, namely Anatoly Poleno. Despite the fact that work on the sitcom lasted until 2012, Savinkov managed to play in the theater and act in films. During this period, he appeared in the comedy "Exercises in the Beautiful" and in the serial detectives "Special Group", "Method of Lavrova."

In 2013, Savinkov Pavel played the main character named Sergey Saburov in the melodramatic adaptation of one of N. Andreeva’s works “Moving”. For some time, Savinkov played mostly minor and episodic characters in the detective "Women on the Edge", the action movie "Spoken One", the crime melodrama "Trap for the Star", the comedies "Sasha + Dasha + Glasha" and "Mommies." In 2016, the actor was lucky to play quite large roles in the films “The Hornet’s Nest” and “Pearl Wedding”.

Since colleagues did not confirm or refute the rumors about his romance, for a long time, fans believed that the actor was in a relationship with Yulia Zakharova (Lena Poleno in the sitcom “Happy Together”). Later it became known that Savinkov Pavel is the husband of Streltsina Alexandra. She is an actress of the Theater. E. Vakhtangova. In the fall of 2016, Alexandra gave birth to a girl named Sima.
