Telecast "Live healthy": reviews, presenters, the history of the creation and development of the program

The program "Live great!" goes on Channel One for eight years. The first broadcast took place on August 16, 2010. During this time, they showed more than one and a half thousand issues on a wide variety of topics, and her presenter Elena Malysheva became a real national star and an object for numerous jokes and memes.

The television project replaced the dubious show "Malakhov +". Malysheva, who had previously run Health at the beginning of the 2000s, was the most suitable candidate.

"Live healthy!" love and hate at the same time. The program tried to close a huge number of times, but it still goes on the air. They say in "Living great!" acne as lime, how to poop, why the vagina farts and whether paracetamol is harmful. For all its controversy, the project has found millions of fans throughout Russia and far beyond its borders. What is the phenomenon of this TV show?

History of creation

In the summer of 2010, the morning Malakhov + health program was on the verge of closure. The television project, which tells about non-traditional methods of medicine, managed to outlive itself in four years. In addition, this program was repeatedly accused of dubious information, for example, the presenter Gennady Malakhov actively urged viewers to turn to urine therapy. The people imposed urine as a panacea for all diseases did not like. Ratings fell, and advertisers ignored this site to promote their products and services.

Then the chief editor of the morning broadcast of Channel One decided that it was time to change the concept. So the program “Live healthy!” Was born, which was headed by TV presenter Elena Malysheva. Her project "Health" at one time had very good ratings, so the main points from this program were proposed to be shifted to a new talk show, which would discuss issues of nutrition, medicine, life and home. A month after the pilot broadcast, the telecast "Live healthy!" finally took the place of Malakhov + in the broadcasting grid. And for eight years now, every morning, on weekdays, Elena Malysheva talks about how great it is to live. "Live healthy!" The reviews after the premiere received quite positive, but then no one could have guessed how far the creators of the program would go.

Elena Malysheva

Many do not take the host very seriously because of her manner of expressing thoughts, controversial statements and methods of treatment for a particular ailment. But I want to note that the 57-year-old woman is not just a person in the frame. She is a professor at Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry and has published over fifty scientific papers on medicine. Many of her studies were recognized as revolutionary in their own way.

In addition, the person Malysheva is known for her author's diet, which has helped millions of women and men to lose weight.

Elena Malysheva was born in the city of Kemerovo, in a family of doctors. Her parents, brothers and sisters are also doctors. After working as a therapist for a while, Elena became interested in science. And then she was invited to host a health program on a local television station. It was the distant year 1993. Then there were various projects, and four years later on the then ORT they decided to revive the Soviet Health and invited Malyshev to be the chief editor of this program. So began her long friendship with the first button, which continues to this day.

By the way, her son Yuri is the editor of the project, so it is not surprising that issues about farting vaginas are so easily broadcast.

About the program

The program "Live great!" begins with a synopsis of the presenters about what will be discussed in today's release. After that, a detailed analysis of each previously announced topic begins. For clarity of various ailments and other things, the studio uses a variety of mock-ups and models, and guests are invited to the stage from the auditorium, which can suddenly turn into one or another organ, for example, into a penis. But more on that later.

Talk shows are divided into thematic blocks. Spectators in the studio are sometimes given the opportunity to vote after voicing any controversial issue. The people have to press the red button, which means a negative answer, green - a positive or yellow, which means doubt. After such an interaction, the facilitators voiced the correct answer and gave a meticulous explanation.

Each issue ends with a couple of short helpful tips from experts and doctors' answers to audience questions. "Live healthy!" the last year is filmed in a new pavilion - for what it is connected, it is not known for certain.

Headings

The program "Live great!" divided into five main sections:

  • About food - here they discuss products and the nutrition system, what you can eat and what is very harmful, viewers are given the opportunity to try certain dishes.
  • About life - doctors talk about everyday problems, for example, how to properly fall with black ice and not get hurt, how to maintain good posture and not ruin your eyesight due to constant sitting at the computer.
  • About medicine - at this moment the studio turns into a doctor’s office, which talks about how to avoid the appearance of an unpleasant ailment and often conducts treatment of the patient in front of the audience.
  • About the house - Elena Malysheva in this section of the TV show "Live healthy!" gives advice on keeping the home clean and safe: how to clean the carpet, how to remove black greasy deposits from the pan, how to remove moths, how to choose dishes and household appliances, etc.
  • Advice in a minute - viewers are given a microphone, and they can ask a specialist their concern and get a short but comprehensive answer from a specialist in a particular field.

Criticism

The program "Live great!" The most diverse feedback has been received from the very start of the project on air: from acute negative to extremely positive. Someone praises the transfer for the fact that the population is being educated in matters of health, while others believe that the project is absurd and inappropriate.

Malyshev is often reproached for the pseudoscience of what was said. For example, in the issue in which the topic of female orgasm was raised, the presenter called point G the main erogenous zone of the fair sex. Although gynecologists around the world have long denied the presence of a special island of pleasure in the female reproductive system.

In addition, the doctor periodically allows himself to insulting, somewhere biased, inaccurate, dangerous and even racist statements. We will understand this in more detail.

Insults

Perhaps, two cases in the eight-year history of the existence of the program received a wide response. Some time after the sudden death of Michael Jackson, Malyshev, being on the jury of the Minute of Fame project, allowed herself to call the king of pop music a drug addict who died from an overdose and a pedophile whose harassment of children, in her opinion, was proven. Despite the fact that all the charges of abuse of minors were dropped from the musician, and he died not from drugs, but from excessive use of pain medications, Elena for some reason decided to voice out loud the facts that are not true.

Fans of the great artist immediately criticized the presenter, created a petition on the Internet and sent a request to Channel One Director General Konstantin Ernst demanding that the incompetent lady be removed from the air. By the way, there was no apology from her, and the conflict was hushed up. Malysheva continued to tell the audience what is the norm and what is not.

The second case is Malysheva’s statements that a pharmacy is just a store - and its task is to sell goods, but more expensive. And the advice of pharmacists and pharmacists is no better than the advice of a girlfriend. The presenter called on the audience not to have illusions, but to buy medicines strictly according to the prescription and the appointment of competent specialists. The Association of Pharmacy Institutions wrote a complaint to Konstantin Ernst, but this topic soon sunk into oblivion. Despite the fact that the presenter’s speeches were obviously offensive, they managed to ignore this conflict situation, although there was a massive outrage of pharmaceutical networks.

Biased and inaccurate statements

In November 2011, Malysheva under the heading about going to "Live Great!" paid attention to such a product as honey. She called him a source of carcinogens and attributed to him excessive calorie content, even greater than sugar. This caused a wave of indignation among Russian beekeepers. They wrote complaints and reproached Elena for incompetence. Agree, honey has long been considered almost magical. But she managed to call into question this long-known fact.

Also, Malysheva, advertising pans and other dishes with a ceramic coating, claimed the dangers of non-stick Teflon. The brand "Tefal" was not called, but its products were compared with the advertised in a negative way. Katavasia was long and tedious, even the antimonopoly service intervened. But Elena, as if by magic, manages to get out of the water dry.

Earlier, we already mentioned the plot about the mythical point G. The existence of this point was not proved by authoritative research, but this did not stop Malysheva from telling in one of the issues how women need to achieve orgasm. And how does this even happen in the female body.

Also, in one of the issues was an insert about an antipyretic for children, where everything is so confused that it is quite difficult to figure out what's what. So widespread paracetamol was put into question to please ibuprofen, as if someone had ordered the imposition of this drug.

Racist sayings

In one of the programs devoted to New Year's feasts and libations, and there were many of them before the long January holidays, the question was voiced: with whom should you not drink for the New Year? The answer was extremely straightforward: with representatives of the Mongoloid race. Speaking of this, the TV presenter narrowed her eyes with her fingers and called the representatives "narrow-eyed" and "moon-faced." She, of course, tried to make it reasonable, but the general message was extremely negative. It was as if a Russian person should not sit at the same table with representatives of the Mongoloid race.

The presenters of “Live Healthy!”, Of course, discussed the fact that Asians have problems with the absorption and removal of alcohol from the body due to the small amount of a special enzyme at the genetic level. And you can’t drink with them, not because they are like that, but because any glass can harm them terribly. However, many took the message clearly, they say, with the "white race" that Malysheva called herself, and with dark-skinned people drink as much as they like, but with the Buryats, Kalmyks, Mongols and others - no, no. Elena is definitely not a nationalist, but the presentation of the individual characteristics of the race itself seemed inappropriate. In Russia, it is believed that sitting at the same table is impossible only with the last people. In this case, they were all representatives of the Mongoloid race.

This is the norm!

Sometimes affected in the program "Live great!" questions look extremely absurd, ridiculous and just uncomfortable. Okay themes, the very form of filing all this resembles something from the category of benefits for the demented. For example, in one of the issues people were taught how to poop, it was called "The art of poop". Almost the entire program was devoted to this, and doctors showed how to sit on the toilet and behave on it. On the one hand, why not? On the other hand, some kind of teletubbies for adults work.

Popular phrase "This is the norm!" went from the section “Am I Normal?”, where people behind the screen asked uncomfortable questions. And the doctors said this is the norm or not. But the expression went to the masses not because of the very fact of the existence of such a section in the television project, but after the plot, where the woman said that she farts not only booty, but also the vagina. The people in the studio considered this a terrible and incurable disease, but Malysheva publicly declared: "This is the norm!" Then to the studio of the program "Live healthy!" the intestines were brought in as a dummy and, of course, the vagina. Doctors showed that the air entering the vagina should go out somewhere and the corresponding sound should not bother anyone, since we are all living people. And if bacteria and food create gases in the intestines, then air enters the vagina due to the fact that after childbirth and with age the muscles of this tender organ cease to be so elastic.

live great food

Not only the phrase became a kind of joke. A picture with a picture of a TV presenter and the inscription "This is the norm!" circled the Internet and began to be used as a response to any strange and absurd situation as an undeniable fact. For example, in social networks, news is reported that police with batons detained a grandmother selling cucumbers in the wrong place. And then a photo of Malysheva (meme) is attached. There is another variation of this meme. When talking about an overly controversial situation, the photo shows a doubting Elena, and the inscription claims that she "does not even know if this is the norm or not."

Sweater cropping

This issue was devoted to genital hygiene under the heading about life in "Live Healthy!". Of course, we were talking about circumcision in the stronger sex as an excellent solution for penis hygiene. A rabbi was also invited to the studio, who spoke about the religious aspect of this procedure among the Jews. And doctors, in turn, told the clinical side of the occurrence of this procedure.

At some point, Elena Malysheva called on the stage a girl from the auditorium, who was wearing a sweater with a long collar, or rather a turtleneck. She was to act as an infant penis - then she did not know this yet. The gate was lifted above the girl’s head and began to hold, imitating the foreskin covering the glans penis. Then the presenter began to pour colored confetti on the rest of her head - an “infection”, which in the head closed with the foreskin feels at ease, multiplies and leads to unpleasant consequences. And then the best thing happened on "Live Great!" in the entire history of the project - Malysheva cut off a piece of the neck of a sweater, along with a lock of woman's hair, thereby clearly demonstrating the circumcision procedure and its positive effect. Her co-host almost imperceptibly removed the cut off hair and a piece of sweater, but in the recording everything is more than clearly visible. The presenter promised to compensate the girl for spoiled clothes, but she did not say a word about her hair.

live great life

The video scattered across the Internet, became viral and was watched about two million times. The public was especially amused by the face of a rabbi who did not understand what was happening and where he got to. He really was ashamed to be in front of the cameras, but there was nowhere to go. By the way, all this bacchanalia took place under folk clockwork Jewish music, which only added more ridicule to the situation.

Reviews on "Live Great!"

Opponents of talking about farting vaginas and proper crap on central television have repeatedly tried to close this project. The public movement in defense of the rights of parents and children, the Interregional Parents' Meeting, filed a complaint with the Russian Prosecutor General's Office demanding the closure of an obscene program that promotes, in the organization’s opinion, the earlier onset of sexual activity among minors and simply corrupts fragile children's minds.

The indignant claims were justified by the fact that the program goes in the morning, and the topics in "Live Great!" adults are already discussing: "How to choose and put on a condom," "On the harmlessness of masturbation," and "Modeling an erection." The prosecutor’s office sided with the people and ordered the First Channel to remove the outrageous project from the air. But despite the negative reviews on “Live Great!”, The program still remained on the air, only its age marking changed from 12+ to 16+.

Diet of Elena Malysheva

The program "Live great!" discussed weight loss more than once and not twenty, and sucked the topic to the limit. Therefore, Elena Malysheva, realizing that the people trust her, decided to capitalize on this. So the diet of Elena Malysheva appeared. I would also like to note that she is a therapist and cardiologist. That is, she has nothing to do with dietetics, and her person in the advertising campaign is just a temptation.

What is the secret of her author’s technique is not known for certain, since it needs to be purchased for some not very small money. Fraudsters have spawned such an abundance of clone sites on the Internet that it is difficult to distinguish an original from a fake. But in general, the intrigue of the diet is in balance and what you need in any case, but so that you can lose weight and heal your body. In fact, these are ready-made meal sets that include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even dessert.

In any case, all this is a waste of money. If a person wants to lose weight, he will stop eating fried potatoes and start to run several kilometers a day. Note that this does not require additional financial resources.
