It was the most powerful blow in the history of documentary films to the unshakable reputation of the Catholic Church, because he exposed corruption in the layer of the higher clergy. The project tells about the most famous pedophile priest - father Oliver O`Grady from America, who, using his influence and power over parishioners, seduced their children for almost thirty years. Terrifying atrocities were committed with the tacit consent of the supreme clergy. Church authorities, in order to pacify the population, simply transferred the wicked from one parish to another.
Forbidden to show
The film immediately after the release of the trailer was delayed with access to the big screen. The cinema association of America assigned him the red square badge. Because of this movie, it was banned for viewers under the age of majority (18 years). The picture "Deliver us from the evil one" (the actors this time were in solidarity with censorship) was banned from showing in most commercial cinemas. But despite the fact that this picture of his revelation of the terrible deeds of the church minister forms a purely negative attitude in the viewer not only to the top clergy, but also to the church as a whole, to forget that this case is more a regrettable exception than a rule. not worth it.
