How to cook a meat pie? There is a special technology for baking closed puff pastries. Several layers of dough are made on it, which are overlapped with the filling. Then the dough is pinched so that the filling is well baked and remains juicy. The recipe for a meat pie is simple, but it will take a certain amount of time. The result will be a beautiful, satisfying and tasty dish.

Meat and Egg Pie Recipe

  For the test: 3 cups flour, 250 grams butter, 400 grams sour cream, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of water.

Break the softened butter with a knife with flour, put them on a table. In the middle of the flour slide, make a hollow with your hands, where you put a mixture of eggs, salt, sugar, sour cream and water. Knead a weak, pleasant to the touch dough. Leave it in a saucepan for a couple of hours, covering it with a towel.

Stuffing: half a kilogram of meat, two onions, 4 eggs, pepper, salt, 50 grams of sunflower oil.

Twist the meat in a meat grinder, add chopped onions to it and fry them in oil, salt and pepper, then put the chopped eggs to the meat.

Divide the dough into two parts. One of the parts needs to be rolled out to fit the shape. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter, then sprinkle with flour and put the dough on it. Place a filling on top, which should be closed on top with a second layer of dough. Pinch both layers together to hide the filling inward. Lubricate with a beaten egg on top, slightly pierce with a fork and place in the oven for half an hour (or slightly more) with medium heat.

Meat , Cheese and Onion Pie Recipe

Necessary products for the test: 150 ml of beer, 400 grams of flour, 200 grams of margarine or butter.

For the filling No. 1: 400 grams of chicken fillet, 150 grams of onion, pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

For the filling number 2: 100 grams of cheese, 3 eggs, green onions (you can add other herbs to taste), salt.

First you need to prepare the filling number 1. Cut the fillet into small cubes, fry the onion in vegetable oil, put the fillet in it, sprinkle with pepper, salt and fry until cooked (about 15 minutes).

To prepare the filling No. 2, you need to cut the eggs, onions, grate the cheese on a medium grater, mix everything and add a little salt.

For the test, mix the oil with beer, add a pinch of salt. Introduce the flour and knead the dough. Then divide the resulting dough into three parts and roll them into circles.

Grease a baking dish with oil, lay the first layer of dough on the bottom. Cover it with filling number 1, cover with a second layer of dough and put the filling number 2. Close everything on top with the last layer of dough and pinch the edges. The top can be greased with yolk. Poke holes with a fork to allow steam to escape and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Meat and Potato Pie Recipe

You will need a pound of pork, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, a glass of kefir, salt, soda - a teaspoon, 4-5 glasses of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 150 grams of margarine.

To prepare the dough, take 3.5 cups of flour, chop with margarine and crush into crumbs. Beat eggs with salt, quench soda in kefir.

Add eggs and kefir to the flour. Then add another half cup of flour to the mixture and knead the soft dough. Divide it into two different bush volumes and set aside in the refrigerator.

Cut the meat into small pieces, cut the potato into slices, and the onion into half rings. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out the bottom layer (it will be larger) so that it extends 4 cm beyond the edges of the mold. Put potatoes sprinkled with salt, onion, meat, salt again and cover with a layer of potatoes. Cover the pie with a second layer of dough. Pinch the edges of the dough with a pigtail. Make holes in the top layer of the dough with a fork.

Place the cake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.

Quick meat pie

Products for the test: 2/3 glasses of flour, half a glass of sour cream, half a glass of mayonnaise, 3 eggs.

Products for filling: 500 grams of minced meat, one carrot, onion, pepper, garlic, salt, seasonings to taste.

Fry the minced meat, adding pepper, salt, chopped onions, carrots, garlic and seasonings. Knead the dough for the pie, as on pancakes. Pour half the dough into the mold, put the filling on it and pour the rest of the dough on top. Put the mold in an oven preheated to about 200 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Done!
