Red fish, caviar and seafood are invariable attributes of the festive table. A salad "Pearl" combines all of these main ingredients. There are a lot of recipes, and do not be afraid to experiment. Why not cook a Pearl salad! With salmon (light-salted or smoked), with shrimp, with squid, crab sticks, with trout and even with sea kale. Despite the huge variety of recipes, the “oceanic” flavor of food remains unchanged. It will amuse not only your stomach, but also an aesthetic feeling. After all, most recipes prescribe laying layers of salad. Therefore, we stock up on transparent dishes and proceed to cooking.

Classic salad recipe “Pearl” (with salmon)

The taste of the dish should clearly be felt fish and red caviar. But these ingredients need quite a bit. You should not take too salted fish. It levels the tenderness of caviar and other components. We start by boiling three large (or 4 small) chicken eggs and another quail. The latter will play the role of a pearl in us. Salmon salad is made very simple.

In chicken eggs, we separate the proteins from the yolks. Finely rub both of them into different containers. Salted or smoked salmon (150 grams) is cut into small cubes, peeled orange into cubes, and a dozen large green pitted olives into rings. Fifty grams of hard cheese with three fine chips. Mix salt with black pepper. Needless to say, all of these components should occupy separate plates?

And now we will put the salad. At the bottom of the dish we put half the proteins. Level, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper on the tip of the knife. Put all the yolks on top. We also coat them with mayonnaise and spices. Put half the salmon above. Immediately put olives on it (several rings should be left to decorate the salad). Next, lay in layers: the remaining salmon, cheese, mayonnaise, orange, the second part of the proteins and mayonnaise again, but with salt and pepper. Salad "Pearl" with salmon can be served to the table and portioned. And in a very original way - in halves of an avocado. Cut the fruit in half, remove the bone and pulp. We cut the last one. Two hard-boiled eggs are ground on a grater. Cut salmon or trout (150 grams) and 40 g of hard cheese into cubes. Pitted green olives shred in half rings. Mix all the ingredients. Dress with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the salad in halves of avocado. Garnish with red caviar or a slice of lemon.

For some reason do not like fish? Then you can replace this ingredient with other marine products. According to reviews, Salad "Pearl" with salmon may not be affordable for everyone. And if you want to feast on an ocean snack every day, instead of red fish, take squid. If you've never cooked these seafoods before, remember a little secret. The longer you cook squids, the harder they become.

We start preparing the “Pearl” salad with shrimp and squid by cooking five chicken and one quail egg until tender. We leave the last for now. It will be our "pearl."

In chicken eggs, we separate the yolks and proteins, which we rub finely in separate containers. Boil 240 g squid. We cut into strips. Cook three hundred grams of shrimp. We clear them of shells. We begin to lay our salad in layers. Put the squids below. Add them and pepper. Sprinkle with yolk. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise. Lay out half the shrimp meat and squirrels on top of it. This exotic dish, combining such unusual ingredients, will become no less decoration on the festive table than the Pearl salad with salmon and red caviar. We start cooking by boiling three chicken eggs. We rub them together, without separation into yolks and proteins. We add one hundred grams of hard cheese to the same dishes. From the mango we extract the bone, cut the flesh into small cubes. In the same way, peel and chop a large cucumber (or two small ones). This salad is not flaky. Just mix all the ingredients, adding 150 grams of seaweed. It is recommended to season the salad with mayonnaise. You can also put a spoonful of caviar in the center of the salad. This is a variant of Pearl salad with salmon and orange. Instead of hard cheese, carrots appear here. Boil a medium-sized root vegetable and finely chop it. Shred salmon (about a hundred grams) with small sticks. We clear the same amount of boiled shrimp from shells. Cook one hard boiled egg. In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of sour cream and mayonnaise, add, season with spices. The most difficult part in preparing this dish is the proper boiling of asparagus. One hundred grams of this vegetable should be set vertically, with the buds up, so that boiling water does not touch the delicate kidneys. And then cool in cold water to stop the cooking with internal heat. Cut asparagus into small sticks. Mix all the ingredients. Salad "Pearl" with salmon and shrimp season with sour cream and mayonnaise sauce.

Very budget and satisfying "Pearl"

Boil rice to make one hundred grams of finished porridge. We also need shrimp - 200 g. They need to be boiled and cleaned. We also cook hard-boiled two eggs. And boil two carrots.
