The fat is cut into small sticks and fried in a dry frying pan to cracklings. Then the pieces of pork are put in the resulting fat and browned. All slices are taken out, and three home-made sausages are placed in their place (you can buy high-quality semi-finished products - still make them yourself long enough and troublesome). When the sausages become whitish, they are transferred to the already fried ingredients, and two chopped onions are poured into the pan. As soon as the onion becomes translucent, a full spoonful of flour is added to it, and after mixing - two glasses of milk. After boiling, all meat ingredients are returned to the dish, the dish is seasoned and seasoned, flavored with caraway seeds, and after ten minutes of stewing, a hearty and fragrant Belarusian delicacy in front of you on the table.
