  • Milk - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Flour - 2.5 cups.

Then immediately add the sour milk, sugar and soda, quenched with vinegar. Soda acts as a baking powder. If it is not extinguished, the cookie will acquire an unpleasant characteristic taste. It remains to add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Without an egg, the dough does not stick to your hands.
