"Ryabushka" or salad with chicken and tomatoes

The versatility of this dish is that you can season it not only with your usual mayonnaise, but also with sour cream and yogurt sauces , as well as vegetable oil. For adherents of dietary nutrition, we recommend adding chicken and tomato salad to the broth that the chicken will emit when baking in the sleeve. To give the salad a piquant flavor, you need grilled chicken with tomatoes.

"Ryabushka" or salad with chicken and tomatoes.

Ingredients for Ryabushka:

- 550 fresh chicken young breasts;

- two fleshy tomatoes;

- three selected eggs;

- one purple onion;

- 120 g of hard cheese;

- mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions;

- three cloves of purple garlic;

- greens and coarse salt.

Chicken and tomato salad (preparation):

1. Rinse the chicken breast, chop, crush the garlic and grate half the onion, sprinkle with salt and put in the sleeve, tightly fastened, send to the oven for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into small cubes.

2. Break the eggs into a prepared bowl, mix with salt and fry in the form of pancakes. Allow to cool and cut into small cubes.

3. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, chop the remaining onion lightly.

4. Grate cheese on a very coarse grater or cut by hand.

5. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream with crushed garlic clove.

- 30 ml of sweet golden mustard;

- five cloves of purple garlic;

- coarse salt and favorite spices;
