Cooking process
Break eggs into a bowl with minced meat. Salt immediately. Knead with clean hands. Next, the mince must be beaten off so that it turns out more magnificent. Just drop it in a bowl at least 20 times.
Wet hands in cool water. We form medium-sized cutlets. Bread each of them in breadcrumbs.
