“Sour cream” - a cake or a cake - is a great idea for a housewife who decided to please her family on a day off, as well as a win-win solution in case guests come. In the last version of the dessert, you only need to spend a few extra minutes on a more refined decoration. Everyone will be pleased with such a delicacy, including even those who do not like cakes with butter cream or condensed milk.
They say that the sour cream owes its appearance to the caprice of the emperor Alexander II, who ordered the cook to serve a dessert from his whole bowl of sour cream to his table. Probably, the court chef, preparing a sour cream, invented how to bake it right on the go. Today, there are a lot of time-tested recipes for this dessert that you can safely cook without worrying about how well everything will turn out. Because everything will turn out just perfect! The most important thing is to stock up a large amount of sour cream on the eve of cooking.
Classic Sour Cream
You need to start making the cake with the dough. In the form, put 2 eggs and a glass of sugar, beat everything until the components are completely dissolved. Redeem a little soda with vinegar (a few grams). Add a glass of thick sour cream and beat until smooth. After this, flour (about a glass) can be mixed in the dough.
Divide the resulting mass into three parts. Pour the first part into a baking dish and place in the oven (200-220 degrees) for 8-9 minutes. It is best to use glassware. You can also bake cakes in the microwave (at a power of 600 watts). Bake the second cake as well. In the last part of the test add cocoa (a teaspoon), bake the last cake. Cool all the finished cakes.
To prepare the cream, place sour cream (400 grams), sugar (100 grams) and a bag of vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer.
When collecting the cake, place the cake with cocoa in the middle between the whites, thoroughly spreading the cream.
Sour cream - a cake that most effectively looks under chocolate icing. To make it, mix sugar (4 tablespoons), cocoa (one tablespoon) and sour cream (about 100 grams). The mixture should be cooked on a small spark for 2-3 minutes, before switching off, add a teaspoon of butter.

Grind two eggs with two glasses of sugar, add a little condensed milk, vanilla sugar, thin cream (400 grams). Pour the flour carefully to make a batter. Bake with one cake in the oven at medium temperature.
For cream, grind 200 g of butter with the same amount of condensed milk, adding a tablespoon of cocoa to the mixture.
Cut the finished cake in half with a knife in the horizontal direction. Grease the lower crust with cream, sprinkle with nuts. Putting on top the second half of the cake, seal it with your hands. With the rest of the cream, coat the top and sides of the cake, decorate with nuts and berries on top.
Cake "Sour cream"
Mix 250 g of melted margarine with one and a half glasses of sugar, add a quarter liter of sour cream, then pour in the flour, a little salt and a baking powder for the dough. The consistency of the finished dough should be such that it can be rolled out in a layer about a centimeter thick. Form cakes for cakes and bake them in the oven (180 degrees) for about twenty minutes, until lightly browned. Grind a few crusts into crumb.
Dilute another quarter liter of sour cream with kefir to make 400 milliliters of liquid, add sugar to taste. In the resulting sweet sauce, soak cakes (soak each for about 3 minutes). Roll crusts in crumbs. Spread them one at a time, combining several pieces of sour cream, jam or condensed milk. If desired, you can decorate the cakes with berries, marmalade, nuts.
