How to cook cheese cakes - an oven recipe
Tasty cheesecakes, the recipe for which I received from friends, have a particularly juicy taste. You need to take fat cottage cheese, about one kilogram, granulated sugar - five tablespoons, two chicken eggs, wheat flour, you need five tablespoons, vanillin, a baking powder half a teaspoon, a pinch of salt. If desired, you can add berries, grated apples, or whatever the fantasy tells. Beat eggs, vanillin and granulated sugar with a mixer, pour flour, salt and baking powder into the mixture. Cottage cheese must first be ground, add it to the mixture and mix well. Lubricate the baking pan with vegetable oil, put the mass into it. Bake for about half an hour, at a baking temperature of 180 degrees. They should turn out ruddy and mouth-watering. It is especially tasty to eat them with a little cool sour cream.
Lush cheesecakes - recipe with semolina
Very tasty cheesecakes are obtained if they add semolina for splendor. For such mouth-watering and lush cheesecakes, we need: a pound of cottage cheese, two eggs, a pinch of salt and a little sugar to taste, six tablespoons of semolina, a teaspoon of baking powder. Beat eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese, semolina, salt, sugar and baking powder, mix well. The most important thing is to let the mass stand for a while to swell the semolina. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Formed cheesecakes pre-fry two minutes in a pan, put the cheesecakes on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Such syrniki with honey and sour cream gravy are good. To do this, mix a package of sour cream and two tablespoons of honey. If desired, pour cottage cheese pancakes with gravy before putting in the oven or after cooking.
Cheesecakes, recipe with cheese and green onions
Moving away from the traditionally sweet cheesecakes, I suggest you experiment. The result is a delicious syrniki with cheese and green onions. We take half a kilogram of cottage cheese, mix with two eggs and 150 gr. favorite cheese. Add half a glass of chopped green onions, a little dill and black pepper for taste. Add 100 gr. flour and mix everything until smooth. With wet hands we make small cheesecakes and fry until rosy. Water them with sour cream and decorate with chopped herbs.
