  • meat broth (or plain water) - half a glass (100 ml);

  • a tablespoon of sugar.

Mix half of the total amount of lingonberries in a blender with sugar (you can use a sieve, and then mix with sugar). Pour wine into the broth, heat over low heat. Do not bring to a boil. Pour a trickle of cranberry puree. Pour the rest of the berries, mix. Serve the sauce with pork, beef, any meat or fish dishes.

  • a pound of fresh lingonberry or frozen;
  • sugar to taste (from 100 grams to 400);
  • peas (pieces 15) black allspice ;

  • garlic clove;
  • dried chopped herbs: oregano, parsley, basil;
  • a spoon (teaspoon) of grated ginger;
  • a pinch of sea salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

A large variation in the amount of sugar is explained only by taste preferences. You can cook a sweet sauce or slightly sweet, it all depends on your desire. Try different options and choose the one that suits you. The basis of this sauce is sugar and berries. Everything else is additives that you can eliminate or, conversely, increase their number. Grind lingonberries in a blender. Leave some whole berries for decoration. Stir with sugar, heat, but do not boil. Sugar must dissolve. If you want to make the sauce thinner, pour a little boiling water. Then add ground pepper, garlic, chopped herbs, ginger, walnut and sea salt. Fill the remaining whole berries with lingonberries and mix. Let it brew a little. Lingonberry meat sauces can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days. In order for them not to spoil longer, they need to be cooked for a longer time. But then all the useful substances from lingonberries will disappear.
