We will need some clay pots in which we will bake them. Due to its compactness, the dish can be served on the table right in them. This is very unusual, and even dumplings in pots remain hot for a long time. Try to surprise your near and dear ones.

Homemade dumplings in pots

We will need the following products:

  • for the test: a glass of hot water, two glasses of flour, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a little salt;
  • for minced meat: half a kilogram of low-fat ground beef, two onions, a glass of milk, salt, pepper;
  • for adding to pots: 200 grams of any mushrooms, butter, sour cream, cheese, water (preferably broth).

Cooking. The first thing we do is test. To do this, pour the flour into a cup, pour oil into it, salt and add boiling water in three passes. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to the table at all. Cover it with a film and leave for half an hour.

At this time, we thoroughly knead the minced meat, combining all the necessary ingredients.

Now you can start sculpting dumplings, which are then frozen in the freezer. Then fry them directly from the cold in a pan with the addition of butter. We do this so that when baking, they do not fall apart and do not stick together. Carefully lay them out in all the pots. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms until half cooked and spread evenly on top. Fill everything with sour cream. Add water so that it slightly covers the mushrooms.
We heat the oven to two hundred degrees and bake dumplings in pots for half an hour. Then finely rub the cheese, sprinkle and bake until it is browned.

Dumplings in pots with liver

We will need: thirty pieces of home or store dumplings, carrots, half a glass of slightly fat cream, three tablespoons of sunflower oil, two heads of onion, a slice of liver, three glasses of sifted flour, a tablespoon of ground black pepper, two bay leaves, a liter of water, a bottle of ketchup and salt.
