The only caveat: chicken breast can be replaced with another type of meat. Anyone will do, but seafood is best. They will make the dish even more interesting.
Step by step recipe
To prepare the meal as quickly as possible, it is recommended to use two rings at the same time:
- On one of the burners we set to cook cereals. The water should be about three times as much rice.
- We clean and chop onions and carrots in an arbitrary way.
- We chop the chicken fillet in small cubes.
- Pour sugar into soy sauce and mix well. Crystals should completely dissolve. To make the process faster, the sauce can be heated a little.
- In a pan greased with vegetable oil, spread the carrots with onions and fry until half-cooked. Pour the sauce there and mix.
- Add the fillet and simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Mix the egg with water.

- Pass the garlic through a press and send to the chicken.
- By this time, rice should be ready. If there is water left in the pan, then it must be drained. Pour the prepared cereals into the pan for meat and vegetables, mix everything well.
- It's time to add the egg. This is probably the most difficult moment in all cooking. The egg must be poured in a thin stream throughout the dish. Mix immediately, otherwise it will take large flakes.
- Now you can add sesame seeds. Mix everything again. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with green onions. Many will decide that greens and sesame can not be used, but without these two ingredients the dish will not be so spicy and lose its uniqueness.
- If there is no fried sesame on hand, you can cook it yourself. Pour the seeds into a hot dry frying pan and wait until they get a golden color. Do not forget to constantly stir them.
