  • young fresh beef (pulp) - 400 g;

  • bay leaf - 3-4 pcs.;

  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • table salt - at the discretion;
  • spices and fresh herbs - to taste;
  • drinking water - 2-3 glasses;
  • sunflower oil - 30 ml.

Beef needs to be processed and cut into medium pieces. After that, they must be fried in sunflower oil, along with grated carrots and chopped onions in the baking mode for a quarter of an hour. Next, put the chopped young cabbage to the meat, which must be seasoned with salt, tomato sauce, herbs and any spices. Also, it is necessary to pour 1-2 cups of drinking water into the dish.
