The fact is that sweet sausages that many people love, have a very long history, because the dish is not new. We can say that only the recipe improved and changed, but the very idea of ​​creating the dessert mentioned arose a long time ago in France. The first chocolate sausages began to be prepared in French restaurants. Special sauces and jams were prepared for them, which improved the taste. When the chocolate was already quite tired, the restaurant chefs decided to please the visitors with such a delicacy as creamy sausages from cookies. They turned out no worse, and perhaps even better than chocolate, because they were recognized by a large number of Parisians. So, we need the following ingredients:

  • 400 g of ordinary cookies;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
  • any chopped nuts (approximately 100 grams).

It is worth noting that cookies should only be bought fresh, so that it crumbles well, otherwise you will have difficulty making our unusual dessert. It is also necessary to take butter, not margarine, since the latter is very harmful to our body. You can choose absolutely any nuts, but it is preferable to stay on hazelnuts or peanuts - they will fit cocoa best.

To do this, grind cookies in a deep bowl (you can use your hands, you can use a meat grinder - the most important thing is to get small pieces, but not crumbs!).
