Seafood in creamy sauce

Resting once on the sea, I ordered an amazing dish - seafood in a creamy sauce. I liked everything in it: the aroma of the sea, juiciness, lightness and, of course, attractive appearance. The piquancy of the product was that the main components that went into it were recently caught at sea.

Seafood in a creamy sauce was an extraordinary cocktail of tender sea breezes, the bright summer sun and an unusual taste sensation, which I remembered forever. The benefits of such a product are obvious! It has a lot of trace elements, and the creamy sauce that is present here organically complements the sea-saturated dish. I wanted to repeat these feelings very often, and I tried to find a recipe that at least looked approximately like that first, unforgettable one.

The following recipe helped me prepare seafood in a creamy sauce. So, we begin to cook! Boil seafood in water with the addition of salt to taste, but remember, we cook them for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise we will lose the zest of the dish - its aroma, it simply boils out. Drain and be sure to sprinkle with our favorite lemon. Seafood loves this combination! We do this gently and moderately so as not to spoil our seafood in a creamy sauce.

The composition of the dish includes two special components, pay special attention to their quality. This is butter and olive, one at a time. spoon. Fry the finely chopped onions, but just a little, only until slightly transparent. Here we send finely chopped two cloves of garlic, let it all together, and the final chord is sifted flour. Mix everything and do not let it burn, only for color! A little tomato paste (one tablespoon), and now the turn of cream is 500 ml with a fat content of 20% per 500 grams of seafood.

Our sauce is almost ready! Boil it, stirring over low heat for 2-3 minutes and now add the seafood itself. We salt it to taste and prepare the dishes, in which we will bake further our sea delicacy.

These will be small pots. We fill them with a mixture of seafood and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We send yummy pots for 16 minutes at 200 degrees into the oven. Readiness indicators - a delicious, golden brown crust and smell that will attract the attention of everyone who is in the house.

Seafood in tomato sauce is equally delicious . They are also easy to prepare, but the presence of tomato paste makes this dish spicier. Furthermore, mushrooms are part of this dish. As in the first recipe, we boil seafood, then (after they drain), fry them too very little in sunflower oil.

We are already quite experienced cooks, so we cook at the same time in two pans. In a second pan, fry the onions and mushrooms, simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream and tomato paste to the mushrooms, mix all the ingredients and simmer for five minutes.

As a side dish, such a dish as seafood in tomato sauce is well suited for boiled rice, which will absorb fragrant sauce and will organically combine with the taste of seafood.

We will serve the dish in a beautiful stylish plate, and we will put rice not just like that, but with a beautiful ball made using a coffee cup. We put a lot of rice in a cup, squeeze it well with a spoon, and then turn it on a plate. It will turn out a small, but very nice rice ball.
