The recipe is classic, the dish is prepared quickly and does not require any special costs. Prepare the following ingredients:

  • 350 g of turkey meat;
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of sour cream of any fat content;
  • one onion;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • 5 tbsp. l flour;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • cooking oil for frying.

Cooking

Before cooking, thoroughly wash and dry the meat with a paper towel. Next, follow these steps:

  1. Chop the meat finely and transfer it to a deep bowl.
  2. Send the finely chopped onion there. To make the dish juicier, you can take a couple of large onions.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add sour cream and egg.
  5. Grind dill and add to the total mass.
  6. Add flour one at a time. If you add it all at once, lumps may form, so mix well after each addition.
  7. Preheat the pan and pour a little oil into it. Put the minced meat in about one tablespoon. Align so that there are no bumps and over medium heat, fry on both sides for several minutes. It is necessary that the meat is completely cooked.

  • 400 g minced meat;
  • 50 g mayonnaise;
  • 4 tbsp. l flour;
  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 1 onion;
  • greens (dill and parsley);
  • 1 tomato;
  • 50 g smoked sausage;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 1 egg

Cooking

Turkey fritters can be stored for quite a long time at room temperature, so you can take them with you on a picnic or any other walk. To make delicious pancakes, follow these steps:

  1. Finely chop the pepper, tomato and onion.
  2. Combine the vegetables with minced meat, add mayonnaise (if desired, it can be replaced with sour cream).
  3. Send some chopped greens there. Salt, pepper and beat the egg into the total mass. Mix well. Add flour a little.
  4. To give the dish an extraordinary taste, add finely chopped smoked sausage to the total mass exclusively at will. The smell of it will be just amazing, as well as the taste.
  5. Spread the mass on a preheated pan with a spoon, pour a little vegetable oil there. Fry on both sides over low heat until a beautiful ruddy color.
