First, let's make a cake. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a bowl of hot water on the bottom shelf. We cover the detachable baking dish with foil, which we moisten with vegetable oil. Pour the filling into the prepared form over the cake, bake for about 60-70 minutes. While the cheesecake is baking, we prepare creamy topping. To do this, stir the cream with regular and vanilla sugar until completely homogeneous. Let the baked cheesecake cool slightly and apply the creamy mass on top. Again, send to the oven for 7-9 minutes, so that the top turns red. Turn off the oven and, without opening the door, let the cheesecake cool.

First of all, we are talking, of course, about the berries themselves. They need to be washed and cut into slices with a sharp knife. Gently spread over the cheesecake and pour freshly prepared thick strawberry jelly, distributing it with a culinary brush.
