Canned sausages are served as an independent appetizer or as part of some dishes. The appetizer itself needs to be served with various sauces, while it is better that they are not acidic, since the sausages are pickled.
Sour cream garlic sauce, mustard, sweet ketchup is ideal. It will not be amiss to add to the sausages fresh vegetables such as bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, you can also decorate the appetizer with herbs: parsley, dill, green onions, lettuce, basil.
