  1. Cooking dough. You need to mix 150 grams of flour, 2 grams of salt and 100 grams of melted margarine. For taste, 100 grams of cream cheese is also added. Everything is kneaded and sent to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Preparation of the filling. A pound of potato is boiled with seasoning to taste. In this case, it is better to limit yourself to salt and pepper. You can add a bouillon cube. After that, you need to make mashed potatoes by adding 1.5 cups of hot milk. Then 250 grams of sausage cheese is thinly sliced. Next, add 3 beaten eggs and mix all the ingredients.
  3. A baking dish with a width of 24 centimeters is greased with 30 grams of butter. Closely need to be carefully rolled out and laid out in a form so that the part rises above the edges. Surplus is cut off.
  4. The dough is pierced with a fork in several places. Then the filling is laid out and leveled. From above everything is poured with another beaten egg.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour.

  • 12 medium potatoes (about 1 kilogram);
  • 400 grams of wheat flour;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • 4 eggs of the zero category (or 5 pcs. Of the first);
  • onion head;
  • one carrot;
  • parsley to taste;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 20 grams of vegetable or olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

What can be done with this messy set of products?

  1. First you need to cook the dough. Soda is quenched with vinegar, and then mixed with eggs, kefir and flour. While the cook whips the dough, you can add a little salt there.
  2. Carrots and onions are chopped and fried in vegetable oil until golden brown. If something starts to burn, then the vegetables are already overexposed, but they can still be used.
  3. Next, lubricate the mold with oil. The dough is not laid out completely, but only 1/3 of its part. Top is the filling - thinly chopped potatoes, vegetables, parsley.
  4. From above everything is covered with the remnants of the dough. A smaller part is from below due to the fact that the greatest heat from the oven is distributed on the upper surface.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

What else can you make potato cakes with? The photo above demonstrates the most delicious dish with minced meat. You can use chicken, pork or ground beef, bought in the store, chopped yourself or “ready-made mixture”. The main feature of the recipe will be that potato dough will be cooked.

  1. First you need to peel and boil two potatoes. When ready, they need to be crushed in mashed potatoes, but you do not need to add milk or water.
  2. Salt, add 80 grams of butter.
  3. Gradually adding flour, a soft, buttery dough is rolled out, which can be used immediately.

With minced meat

The dough is ready, now you can talk about another filling. To prepare it, you need the following ingredients:

  • a pound of minced meat;
  • one tomato;
  • 80 grams of cheese;
  • one onion;
  • frozen vegetable mix (corn, peas, green beans, carrots), or fresh vegetables;
  • salt, pepper, ground paprika - to taste.

The rest of the recipe is not that complicated. The cook will only have to perform a number of familiar actions, which were described above. What needs to be done to make potato pie with minced meat?

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. After that, it should be fried until a golden hue appears.
  2. After you need to add minced meat to it. It should also be fried, but not completely, but until the excess liquid evaporates and becomes white.
  3. Salt, pepper, add paprika. Report about 80 grams of the vegetable mixture on top. Its amount depends on the preferences of the cook.
  4. Fry the mixture.
  5. Put the dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters, make a side 2-3 cm high.

These mushrooms can be consumed even raw, so if the cook makes a mistake, then the chances of poisoning are minimal.

There are two uses for this ingredient.

  1. Frozen. If a housewife purchases a package of mushrooms in a store, then all she has to do is first defrost the product and drain the excess liquid.
  2. Fresh mushrooms need additional processing. First they must be washed under running water, then gently, so as not to fall apart, wipe with a clean sponge to remove the skin.

  • 5 grams of butter;
  • 200 grams of mushrooms (ceps or champignons).
