- pork cue ball (loin) - 450 g;
- bell pepper - 150 g (it is recommended to use red and green);
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- ham - 100 g;
- dill - 30 g;
- gelatin - 30 g.
To make the meat extremely tasty, you should also use thyme, rosemary and ground coriander.
Cooking process
The technological process of creating a dish is quite simple, but in order not to get confused about what to do, it is recommended to follow the step-by-step instructions:
1. The peeled and washed cue ball must be cut into three even pieces, approximately 150 g each.
2. Put the meat between two layers of cling film and beat it off sufficiently, the thickness should be about 0.4 cm. Sprinkle the meat with the necessary seasonings, add salt and gelatin.
3. Now you need to prepare the filling. Cut bell pepper in half, remove seeds and stalk. Rinse it well and cut into thin strips, the ham should have the same form of slicing.
