Chicken souffle

From boiled chicken meat, you can get many healthy and tasty dishes. The classic chicken souffle recipe includes the following products: 120 g
boiled chicken fillet, 1 egg, a little vegetable or chicken broth. Boiled

Mix the mixture thoroughly and put in molds pre-oiled. In order to get a golden crust on top, chicken soufflé must be greased with sour cream and sprinkled with a small amount of ground paprika. Souffle must be baked for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. In order to avoid burning, molds with the mixture can be put in a wide container, on the bottom of which you need to pour a little water. The water level should be slightly above the middle of the molds.

It is most convenient to bake chicken soufflé in silicone molds. Take out
the finished dish of them is very easy, and the products do not stick and do not stick to
walls and bottom.

Many are interested in the question of how to cook soufflé from chicken in a slow cooker. To do this, you need to take 600 g of chicken breast fillet, 2 eggs, 2 small onions, a frozen vegetable mixture, 120 ml of cream. For cooking
chicken souffle in a slow cooker fillet must be cut into small pieces, onion
peel and grind. Put the fillet with onions in a blender or food processor,
add cream, beaten eggs, seasonings to taste. Grind the mixture well

plate, garnish with rings of red bell pepper and herbs. A light diet dish is ready.

Souffle can be made from prepared chicken mincemeat. It will take 0.5 kg
minced meat, 1 glass of milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour, egg, a little sour cream and ground
paprika. In the minced chicken you need to add flour and beaten egg, pepper, add
favorite spices, mix thoroughly. Pour a glass of cold milk and
mix the souffle until smooth. Transfer the resulting mass to deep
baking tray, glass or ceramic baking dish, pre-oiled
oil. Top the souffle with sour cream and sprinkle with ground paprika. Bake
souffle until golden brown at a temperature of about 200 degrees. Form
for baking, you can lay out strips of bacon, and add a little to the stuffing
grated cheese. The dish is eaten both cold and hot.

Chicken souffle for children complement mashed potatoes. To prepare this dish, you can use ready-made chicken mince, but
it is better to chop chicken yourself. A small carrot and one onion should be grated, add to the minced meat. Pour beaten eggs there, add flour and milk. The mass must be well mixed and salted, put in molds and baked for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees. While soufflé is baked, prepare mashed potatoes. Form mashed hedgehog or any other figurine, lay next to the chicken souffle.

Garnish with chopped fresh vegetables and herbs. Bakeware can be sprinkled with breadcrumbs. In the adult version, you can add prunes, chopped garlic, corn, chopped boiled eggs.
