With yogurt
What you need to take:
- four chicken drumsticks;
- two cloves of garlic;
- 100 ml of natural yogurt (can be replaced with sour cream);
- a pinch of salt;
- favorite seasonings;
- mustard to taste (no need to add).
How to do:
- Wash the drumsticks with tap water and always dry with a paper towel. So that they do not burn, cut off all the hanging parts.
- Grate the legs with salt and place in a container.
- Crush fresh garlic (it is permissible to take dried).
- Mix it with yogurt.
- For spice, you can add mustard (the amount is determined by taste). It is allowed to replace adjika or skip this component altogether.
- Seasonings are added last. These are any dried herbs and spices. You can buy ready-made seasoning for chicken.
- Mix all this thoroughly and apply the mixture on chicken legs. Remove to marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- While chicken is soaked in marinade sauce, you need to prepare for work air grill.
- When the marinating time is over, put the legs on the lower tier, set the highest temperature and fry the chicken legs in an air grill for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking for another quarter hour.

- four chicken drumsticks;
- 100 grams of parmesan;
- Β½ lemon;
- two large spoons of mayonnaise;
- ready seasoning for chicken;
- salt.
How to do:
- Wash chicken legs with cold water from the tap, wipe dry with napkins, rub salt in them and leave for 30 minutes.
- Cut the lemon into thin semicircles, insert between the skin and leg meat.
- Sprinkle chicken drumsticks with seasoning.

And another recipe for chicken legs in an air grill. This time, soy sauce is the basis of the marinade. What is needed:
- two chicken legs;
- two tablespoons of classic soy sauce;
- one tablespoon of natural honey;
- Provencal herbs, black pepper, paprika.
- salt (taking into account that soy sauce is salty).
How to do:
- Rinse the meat in cold water, pat dry with napkins and put in a bowl.
- Add salt, seasonings, honey to the container with legs and pour soy sauce.
- Stir in the hands, trying as best as possible to rub the marinade into the meat.
