In the frenzied rhythm of modern life, combined with little useful environmental factors, the dessert should be, firstly, instant cooking, and secondly, without complicated culinary manipulations and, thirdly, from the ingredients that are most useful to the body. Baked pumpkin with apples in the oven meets all these conditions. By itself, many people do not like this vegetable in traditional cooking. But after the oven, and with pleasant additions, he goes with a bang.
Baked pumpkin in the oven with apples: recipe
The golden vegetable is peeled from the outer crust and seeds and arbitrarily cut - it is possible in cubes, or in plates. If you prefer a soft baked pumpkin with apples in the oven, it is better to choose plates no thicker than one and a half centimeters. If you prefer elastic pulp, stop on cubes. Apples are cut into slices and sprinkled with lemon to prevent darkening. The ratio of the main components is up to you. In a greased form, first pumpkin is laid out evenly, apple slices are placed on it. From above, the dessert is poured with liquid honey (it can be slightly warmed up if sugared) and put in the oven for 20-40 minutes. Such a pumpkin in the oven (slices) with apples can vary in taste very different ways. For example, two layers of apple can be made, and between them lay circles of orange. Or you can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese almost before the readiness and return it to the oven for ten minutes.
Very interesting is the option in which honey is removed from the list of components: fruit and vegetables are baked, slightly sprinkled with sugar to give juice, and when served, they are poured with melted white or dark chocolate.

Now do the pumpkin. It is cut along, the seeds are removed, and the flesh is carefully cut so that one and a half centimeters remain along the walls. It is cut into slices and combined with the rest of the prepared foods, plus a little cinnamon, a hundred grams of soft butter and a couple of spoons of sugar. With this "minced meat" halves of the pumpkin are filled, placed on a greased baking sheet and cleaned in the oven for one and a half to two hours. Before serving, such a baked pumpkin with apples in the oven is divided into 5-6 slices and sprinkled with ghee.
Sweet sandwich
If you are not too lazy to do some simple additional manipulations, such a dessert may become a favorite among your children. Large apples and pears are cut into fairly thick slices; the seeds are scrubbed. Pumpkin is cut in proportionate slices. A turret is assembled on a piece of food foil in the following sequence: an apple, a pear on it, the third is a pumpkin. Layers can be repeated. A spoon of honey is laid out on top, the foil is wrapped, and the “sandwich” is put in the oven for a quarter of an hour. Casserole
If even your baked pumpkin with apples in your oven causes a protest, they can be outwitted. The vegetable is rubbed coarsely, poured with cream (so that they only cover it) and put on a shallow fire. About five minutes before being prepared, apples are rubbed there. Again, a quarter cup of semolina is soaked in cream. You can replace it with breadcrumbs, but it will be less tender. When the mashed potatoes cool slightly, both masses are mixed, flavored with vanilla and sugar and distributed in shape. Thin plates of butter are laid out on top - and into the oven until a blush is obtained. The whims will never guess that a “suspicious” pumpkin is participating in the casserole!
