Process description
Shredded onions are sent to the oiled frying pan and passaged until golden. Then plates of mushrooms are added to it and fry them until the liquid completely evaporates. Then they spread the minced meat there and continue to cook. Shortly before the completion of the process, salt, aromatic herbs and cream are placed in a common pan. All this is brought to a boil and simmer over minimal heat for a quarter hour.
