The lack of an oven in the kitchen is not a reason to refuse a homemade cake. And this is not about store-bought cakes, which at home can simply be smeared with your favorite cream. Delicious and easy to make cake can be made using a frying pan. This cake is called "Svetlana". Cake "Svetlana": a recipe for cooking cakes
Making the cake begins with kneading the dough for the cake. You need to do this in the following sequence:
- Beat 1 egg into the foam with a mixer. Without stopping whipping, add 380 ml of condensed milk.
- Add sifted flour (3 tbsp.) And soda slaked with vinegar (1 teaspoon) to the egg-milk mass.
- Knead first with a spoon, and then with your hands the elastic dough, assemble it into a ball, and then divide it into 8-10 parts. The amount of cake depends on the diameter of your pan.
- Heat over a frying pan over high heat.
- Roll out the cakes of the desired diameter, transfer them to the pan and bake like pancakes for a minute on each side.
- Remove the hot cake from the pan to the table, put a plate of a suitable diameter on top and trim the edges evenly.
- In a similar way, bake all the cakes in a pan.
Do not discard the cakes from the cakes, but dry them a little more in a pan, cool and grind in a blender or using a rolling pin in crumbs.
Custard for cake
While the cakes are cooling, you need to prepare a cream for the cake. It perfectly soaks the cakes, due to which the Svetlana cake turns out to be tender and pleasant to the taste. Experimenting with other creams is undesirable.
The sequence of its preparation is as follows:
- Boil milk (750 ml) in a saucepan.
- In a separate bowl, beat with a mixer 2 eggs and 250 g of sugar. Add 70 g of flour.
- Pour some hot, but not boiling, milk into the egg mass. Mix well, pour into a saucepan and put on a stove on a gentle fire.
- Cook the cream, not forgetting to stir until it becomes thick enough.
- Put butter (180 g) in a hot cream. Stir until smooth.
How to collect and decorate the cake "Svetlana"?
To make the cake, all the cakes are layered with warm cream. On one cake it needs to be spread about 3-4 tablespoons.
When the cake is ready, it is sprinkled on top and side of the prepared crumbs. Cake "Svetlana", decorated with fresh berries, looks very nice. Ready dessert should soak a little at room temperature (about an hour), after which it must be refrigerated for another 6 hours.
