On holidays, every housewife wants to surprise her guests with something new, especially salads. To do this, most often they take some dish and change a couple of ingredients in it, add something new. In this way the Obzhorka salad with liver was also obtained , the recipe of which will be presented below.
This yummy is a modified version of the
liver cake, but as a result of the changes it turned out that the new dish is now preparing much easier and faster. And if you add crackers made of white bread to it, and cook them yourself, rather than buy them in the store, then the salad will turn out to be much tastier.
We will need the following ingredients:
- beef liver - 0.4 kg;
- onions - 0.4 kg;
- carrots - 0.4 kg;
- white bread - 100 grams;
- vegetable oil;
- mayonnaise, preferably home-made, home-made;
- salt.
Well, now you can start the cooking process. So, lettuce salad with liver, the recipe of which has been tested repeatedly in practice.
We thoroughly wash the
beef liver, dry it, carefully clean it from the films, boil it, always in salt water. After cooling, cut into strips as thin as possible.
We take carrots, wash, clean, and also chop the straws. You can use a grater, on which the preparation for Korean carrots is made.
We peel the onions, chop them into thin half rings, heat the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry in it until golden. Then add the grated carrots and fry everything for a few minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
We mix the liver with what happened in a frying pan, season with moderately mayonnaise, put it in a small salad bowl and sprinkle with crackers.
That’s ready salad "Glutton" with liver. The recipe is very simple. It remains only to tell how to make crackers. Take a little stiffened bread and cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil, which we pour on the pan very slightly, until golden brown and sprinkle with salt. You can add your favorite seasonings and crushed garlic. Be sure to cool them to room temperature and only then sprinkle them with salad (before serving). If desired, you can decorate it with greenery.
Now we know how to make the “Glutton” salad. But you need to keep in mind that there are many salads with this name, they all differ in the ingredients used. For example, you can prepare the next dish, in which the components are arranged in layers. The first layer is chopped chicken, preferably smoked, which is greased with mayonnaise. The second is prunes, finely chopped. Also smeared with sauce. Next come the fried mushrooms, cucumbers (always fresh) and Korean carrots. We process all layers with mayonnaise. On top, we decorate the salad with greens and for half an hour - in the refrigerator, for cooling and impregnation.
The “Obzhorka” salad we are considering for the winter acquires special attractiveness. Since, on the one hand, it turns out, regardless of the ingredients, quite satisfying, and on the other hand, it also includes vitamins that our body needs so much in winter. This is not to mention the excellent taste, for which he is loved by both adults and children.
But all the same, the “Obzhorka” salad with liver, the recipe of which we examined, is the most original, tasty and satisfying.
