Once, DJ and his friend Zaglotysh played a ball, and he rolled right onto the lawn to the old man. The furious owner ran out to punish the hooligans, but was so nervous that he had a heart attack. The guys decide to take advantage of the situation in order to properly examine the old mysterious house. Moreover, the friend of the nanny Dee Jay went there and disappeared. But as soon as Zaglotysh approached the door, the wreck came to life and tried to draw him into its den.
Soon, a classmate of the boys also almost fell into the trap of an ominous house. They managed to save Jenny, and just at that time Nebberkryaker returned from the hospital. He changed and even told the guys his sad story. In fact, this house is not just a building - it is the soul of his wife. Constancy used to work in a circus where kids were mocking her because of her weight. After death, she began to take revenge on all the kids, as she died at the construction site of this house and is now walled up in the basement.
Together they decide to free the spirit of the poor woman and destroy the house. Nebberkryaker prepared a portion of dynamite, and they managed to blow up the monster. But the chimney remained intact, and the dwelling is again going into one building. The guys drove the bulldozer, but the monster just swallowed it along with Zaglotysh. At the last moment, the boy managed to throw another portion of dynamite into the chimney, and the house was blown to pieces. The soul of Constance is free. She says goodbye to the old man and flies into the sky. Nebberkryaker gives out to all the kids toys that he collected for years in the basement.
