What is autism?

Autism - many have not even heard the word. What is autism? It’s better not to know what it is ...

Autism is a severe mental disorder in which a child lives in his own world, does not contact his family and others, does not learn and does not develop. The child regresses. An autistic child cannot stand eye contact, does not smile, and it often seems that the baby is deaf-mute. But they are interested in its repetitive monotonous movements, for example, shifting napkins from place to place, pulling rags, ropes, observing the flow of moving machines, building the pyramid and its analysis, and then again building and analyzing, and so on for hours. Television for autistic children is simply the best invention, because frames are constantly flashing there.

Scientists have already suggested that autism is genetic in nature, but many studies have linked its occurrence to vaccines that contain mercury. The child grows and develops up to a certain time, and then suddenly regresses, forgets everything that he knew and is locked in himself. Mercury settles in the baby’s tissues and poisoning occurs, resulting in autism. Some children may remove mercury from the body, and some weaker ones may not.

We also noticed that after the abolition of vaccines containing mercury, the autism disease has sharply decreased.

Autism is also characterized by such a phenomenon that some patients can calculate square roots in their minds, read Pushkin by heart, while others are typical oligophrenics.

Thus, the question of autism is that it is impossible to give a definite answer, since this is a whole complex of disorders. There is also autism in mild or severe form.

When asked what autism is and how to recognize it, some of the most common symptoms can be cited:

  1. The child does not express emotions, does not contact with others, does not ask to eat, drink, walk
  2. The kid is enclosed in himself, can sit for hours in a crib without disturbing anyone, and fiddle with his fingers, legs, any object;
  3. The child does not pay attention to the fact that he is being addressed, does not respond to the name, does not turn his head to the mother’s voice addressed to him. Very scared of loud sounds (drills, vacuum cleaner);
  4. The kid is very afraid of change, the wrong route for walking, the wrong sandbox, the loss of a dummy or favorite toy is a serious injury that can lead to regression. Even the clothes, it happens, must be the same.
  5. If the child plays on the playground, then he is always alone and on the sidelines;
  6. The baby is very poorly developed speech and understanding. Most often, such a child monotonously repeats an heard word or phrase or tries to convey as an echo;
  7. It is either impossible or very difficult to teach a child with autism self-care; they don’t dress themselves, they don’t eat or go to the toilet.

The diagnosis of autism is made not on the basis of any tests, but on the basis of tests. Doctors watch how a child behaves, how to lay out toys and is they even interested in them? Very often, autistic toys are not interested, but they like to leaf through books, but they don’t answer the questions “who-where”.

According to studies, the problem of autism did not exist about 70 years ago, but now it is widespread and every year there are more and more autistic people. This disease is for life, it is incurable, but the sooner therapy is started, the prognosis becomes more favorable. With autistic children, you need to study in special clubs, go a long way towards your goal and fight for the child, tell other mothers autism what it is, who boast that the child does not bother them, because this is an alarming signal.

Autism is that it is necessary to disseminate information in maternity hospitals and clinics so that young mothers can pay attention in time to the fact that something is wrong with their baby. Classical autism usually develops up to three years.
