Mankind has accumulated many recipes for such a dish. Another thing is that these cheesecakes are prepared (as the name implies) with cream cheese. But here we are modifying the classic recipe and will use cottage cheese. This will reduce the cost of the dish and reduce its calorie content from 600 kcal to 400 per serving. Classic cheesecake is a two-layer cake. In it, the bottom layer is “dough”, and the top is a tender souffle. The perfect dessert for a summer tea party!
