  • undercuts - 1-1.5 kg;
  • a few cloves of garlic;

  • vegetable oil.

  4. Now you need to roll the resulting meat into a roll and tightly bandage it with twine (if it is not there, a rope will do). This step is necessary to maintain the shape of the roll during heat treatment.
  5. Then you need to put the roll from undercuts into the baking sleeve, which before this should be lubricated with vegetable oil. Foil can also come up, it must be laid with the shiny side inward. There you need to lay out a bay leaf.
  6. Then you should lay the roll on a deep baking sheet and send it to the oven, heated to 230 degrees, for 30 - 40 minutes, depending on the weight. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for about an hour.
