Pancake-style chicken is a surprisingly tasty and original dish.

A few years ago, I probably would not have believed if I had been told that I would become an excellent housewife in the kitchen and would prepare delicious and original dishes. But in fact, this is exactly the case. Before, I didn’t know how to cook. But love works miracles. Yes, I fell in love, and I wanted to surprise and delight, I began to study culinary art.

Today I can safely say that cooking is my favorite pastime. But the tastiest thing I get is a chicken stuffed with pancakes. So, first you need to buy a beautiful, mouth-watering chicken. In order to separate the skin with wings and legs from meat, you need to make an incision in the back and remove the meat with the chicken skeleton. Incisions are also made on the lower legs and wings.

To make pancake stuffed chicken really tasty, you need to pay special attention to the preparation of pancakes. They should turn out just unique for you. We will prepare them on the basis of milk, mineral water and herbs, as well as eggs and flour. First, beat four eggs with a glass of flour, then add an incomplete glass of mineral water and half a glass of milk. Mix everything, pepper and salt to taste, and then add finely chopped green onions and dill. The dough turns out pretty liquid. Next, grease the pan with butter and pancake oven. They turn out different on two sides: on the side that is baked first, the greens are not visible, we will put a filling on it, and on the other side a green onion and dill will be visible.

Now for the pancake toppings. A pancake stuffed chicken recipe requires attention. Only in the case of exact observance of all steps will a chicken be unique in taste and appearance. Therefore, be careful. So, for the filling you need to cook, and then finely chop the chicken meat, leaving the broth to cook the stuffing. Chop the two medium onions and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown. Add chopped minced chicken and a little broth to the onion, half a cup will be enough. In addition, add 50 grams of butter there. Salt and pepper to taste.

Separately, make the stuffing of minced meat. Fry half a kilogram of finely chopped mushrooms in sunflower oil, mixed with two chopped onions. Add two tablespoons of minced chicken, mix everything, do not forget to salt.

Pancake-stuffed chicken will be even tastier if you use another filling for pancakes - a filling of one or two carrots. They need to be grated and fried in sunflower oil with finely chopped onion. There, add two tablespoons of minced chicken and mix everything.

Now we spread the toppings on the pancakes in the following order: put the filling from the carrots on the edge, lay the mushroom filling next, and finish with the chicken stuffing. Pancakes are saturated with each of the fillings and will be juicy and tasty. Now roll the pancakes into a roll and fold them next to the chicken legs into a chicken skin. Next, sew the chicken or fasten the incisions with wooden toothpicks.

It turns out pretty fat chicken stuffed with pancakes. It must be greased with various spices and wrapped in two layers of foil. The chicken is baked in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Set the temperature to 200 degrees in the oven. After this time, the rosy, juicy chicken should be removed from the oven, and when it cools down, the foil can be removed.
