This baking is very tender and at the same time satisfying. To make such a pie from zander, the following products will be required:

  • 200 g of fish (fillet);
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 50 g of fresh parsley and dill;
  • 100 g of green onions;
  • 40 g of vegetable oil;
  • 500 g of ready-made puff pastry;
  • ghee (for greasing a baking sheet or mold);
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Order of execution:

  1. Rinse zander fillet, dry and cut into approximately equal pieces of small size.
  2. Rinse dill, parsley and green onions, shake, let dry and chop with a knife.
  3. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices.
  4. Roll out the thawed dough to 5 mm in thickness so that one layer is slightly larger than the other.
  5. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Place a large layer on a baking sheet, greased with melted butter, put fish on it, leaving the edges to form the sides, salt, pepper, add green onions, dill and parsley, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  7. Place potato slices on top and add a little more salt.
  8. Cover the filling with another layer of dough and connect the upper and lower layers, gently pinching the edges so that the sides form from the lower layer.
  9. In the middle of the pie, make a hole in the dough so that the steam comes out.
  10. Grease the surface of the cake with yolk (whoever does not like it, you can not do this).
  11. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.

  • 400 g of fish (fillet);
  • 350 g of cabbage;
  • 350 g yeast-free puff pastry;
  • two eggs;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • 40 g of dill;
  • 40 g butter;
  • 10 g of caraway seeds;
  • 30 ml of milk;
  • 40 ml of marinade from tomatoes;
  • pepper and salt.

  1. Finely chop fresh white cabbage, chop the garlic into large pieces, onions - rings.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil (in small quantities), put cabbage, onions and garlic on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry until cabbage is ready.

  • cups of flour;
  • cups of sour cream;
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • three eggs;
  • 150 g grated cheese;
  • glasses of boiled rice;
  • one onion;
  • salts;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • vegetable oil.

Order of execution:

  1. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add beaten eggs, soda, then flour. Knead the dough.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with oil and pour half of the prepared dough on it (you can use a baking dish).
  3. On the dough put sliced ​​fish, boiled rice (evenly distribute), chopped onion rings. Sprinkle salt between layers to taste.
